RIDE REGISTRATION

• Please note that to enter rides on both days you will have to submit two separate entries.

START TIMES & COSTS

• Fri 40km - $45 entry fee - starting 15:00 (5 hours max ride time)
• Fri 20km - $35 entry fee - starting 15:15
   
• Sat 80km - $55 entry fee - starting 06:30
• Sat 40km - $45 entry fee - starting 07:00
• Sat 20km - $35 entry fee - starting 07:15
   
• $5 off each ride if you would like to do a ride on both the Friday and Saturday
• Helpers who would like to ride on Friday and are available to assist on Saturday will be reimbursed for part of their ride entry.

VETTING

• BRIEFINGS for all rides will be held on FRIDAY at 14:30 AND 20:30

• Canteen will be available on Saturday, also Highclere shop only 2km from ride base
• Please, no unrestrained dogs and take home your hay and rubbish after the ride.
