START TIMES & COSTS

• 120km - $90 entry fee - starting 05:30 - This will be an elevator ride (Refer AERA rulebook section A19)
•   40km - $40 entry fee - starting 07:30
•   20km - $30 entry fee - starting 10:00

VETTING

• Pre-ride vetting for the 120km ride will be only Friday night ONLY
• Pre-ride vetting for the 40 & 20km rides will be possible Friday night and Saturday morning

OTHER INFORMATION

• Presentations for 40 & 20km rides will be on Saturday at approximately 14:00
• Presentations for the 120km ride will be on Sunday at 09:00
• Ride Times:
   
  • Min Ride Times 3 hrs per 40km leg for novice horses
  • Max ride time for 120km – 12hrs
  • Max ride time for 40km – 5hrs
  • Max ride times may vary depending on weather conditions.
     
• North east Pony Club will cater canteen all day Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning.
• Showers facilities available
• All camp sites must be left as found, please collect up all droppings and hay etc!
